Deposit Policy:

At Uni Hair and Beauty, we value your time and ours. To provide you with the best service possible and ensure efficient scheduling, we have implemented a deposit policy for all appointments.  

Booking Policy:

All clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $50 when booking their appointments. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service during checkout. 

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, kindly notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Clients who fail to provide a minimum of 48-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling will forfeit their deposit. 

Late Arrival Policy:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause you to arrive late for your appointment. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited. 

No-Show Policy:

If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and future appointments may require a larger deposit or prepayment.

In exceptional cases such as emergencies or extenuating circumstances, we may consider waiving the deposit forfeiture. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation. By booking an appointment with Uni Hair and Beauty, you agree to abide by our deposit policy.

What if I’m unhappy with my hair?

These things happen, we understand and would much prefer our clients to be honest and give us the chance to perfect their hair. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss how we can rectify this. Corrections are complimentary within 7 days of your colour service.

Please note change of mind is not covered and you will be required to pay for another service.

Clothing Protection Policy

Uni Hair & Beauty uses protective wear to ensure you and any items of your clothing are protected from staining when colouring your hair.  

​

Our stylists use colour capes and towels and will make sure you are in the correct position at the basin when the colour-removal process begins.  It is important to follow their instructions. 

Where possible, we strongly advise our clients to remove any valuable items of clothing or change into clothing that is not valuable when having any type of hair colour service in our salon.

 

Uni Hair & Beauty is not responsible for any damage caused to the client’s belongings during colour services.
